This past March, Archstone Capital opened its new corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. Located at River Point, the new Archstone headquarters is in a prime location that will enable the firm to continue to expand its network of investors, partners, and industry talent.

The Midwest is gaining national investment attention thanks to strong apartment fundamentals including limited new supply, affordability, insurance friendliness, and steady population growth. Archstone is continuing to target Iowa and Kansas City, while addings submarkets in St. Louis, Chicagoland, and Columbus. Our target markets share the same tailwinds as previously mentioned, and we’ll continue to be selective in identifying opportunities that meet our value-add thesis.
