Archstone Capital Partners LLC ("Archstone") has released its result and impact summary for the second quarter of 2022.
From April to June 2022, Archstone has stabilized occupancy across its existing portfolio and laid the groundwork for an additional three acquisitions in the early half of Q3 2022.
"The second quarter of 2022 has been successful and rewarding for us, and we've had great opportunities to invest in growing our team and our portfolio," said Archstone CEO Chris Salazar. "We're looking forward to the second half of the year and are on track for an excellent full-year result."
