Christopher J. Salazar
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a visionary leader in the commercial real estate investment sector, with a rich history of transforming multifamily properties into high-value assets. His entrepreneurial journey began as a founding partner at Arsenal Capital LLC, where he honed his expertise in identifying and enhancing undervalued properties in the Midwest. This experience laid the foundation for Archstone, a company he established to redefine excellence in multifamily investment.
Under Chris's stewardship as CEO, Archstone has emerged as a strong firm with a dedicated team of experts in investment, construction, and management. His leadership is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation, ensuring Archstone's continued growth and success. Chris's strategic vision not only drives the company's growth but also fortifies its commitment to delivering outstanding value to stakeholders.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Chris enjoys traveling, reading non-fiction, and spending time with family and investors. His well-rounded lifestyle complements his professional acumen, making him a dynamic and engaging figure in the world of commercial real estate investment.
Bradley Jenner
Vice President, Acquisitions
Brad Jenner brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to his role as Vice President of Acquisitions at Archstone Capital. He is responsible for spearheading the firm’s efforts to source, evaluate, and execute value-driven investment opportunities. Under his leadership, Brad has been directly responsible for evaluating over $8 billion of potential investments translating to over $100 million in acquisitions for Archstone.
Brad has developed a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics to maximize value for all stakeholders. He is involved in every aspect of the firm’s investments, including target market analysis, due diligence, underwriting, and asset management. He is a proven leader who takes ownership in Archstone’s investment philosophy: identifying undervalued assets in superior locations.
Prior to Archstone, Brad was an Associate with Arsenal Capital LLC. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Dayton. In his personal life Brad enjoys playing golf, supporting Chicago sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
Julia Rocha
Chief of Staff
Julia Rocha serves as Archstone's Chief of Staff. Julia joined Archstone as Project Manager in March 2022 & began serving as Chief of Staff in January 2023. She is responsible for helping Archstone expand its operating footprint and has been essential to implementing process improvements across the organization's holdings.
Prior to Archstone, Julia led renovation and interior design for her own company and was a secretary, paint contractor and interior design enthusiast. She received a Bachelor of Science (Office Administration) from Faith Baptist Bible College.
Julia has a dynamic range of professional capabilities and is an integral part of the Archstone team. Her ability to adapt and improvise in challenging situations continue to be a strategic asset to the company. In her personal time she enjoys reading, training & spending time with family & friends. Julia lives in Des Moines, Iowa.
Corinne Gajcak
Controller
Corinne Gajcak is a seasoned finance professional, currently excelling as Controller for Archstone. Prior to Archstone, Corinne was a Portfolio Controller at AJ Capital Partners. With an impressive portfolio under her management, she oversees qualified opportunity funds totaling $500M across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Prior to AJ Capital, Corinne served as Property Accounting Manager at CA Ventures and started her career at Deloitte US as an Audit Senior Assistant.

Her educational background is equally impressive, holding a Master of Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Arkansas. Notably, she was also a distinguished member of the University of Arkansas Volleyball Team, earning SEC All-Conference Academic Honor Roll recognition.
Corinne Gajcak is not just a finance professional but a team player and leader, whose comprehensive expertise and proactive approach have significantly contributed to the success of the organizations she has been a part of. Her journey reflects a blend of analytical excellence, strategic management, and a commitment to fostering collaborative success.
Aisha Garcia
Director of Construction
Aisha Garcia serves as our Director of Construction with over seven years of operations experience, including five years specializing in property management and construction. Recognized for her results-oriented approach, Aisha excels as an operations leader, combining her skills in training and development with a strong focus on customer service.
Throughout her career, she has successfully managed diverse projects and teams, fostering collaboration across functions and with external stakeholders. Aisha is skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive improved processes and functionality within organizations.
She holds a Master of Arts in Performance Enhancement from National University. Outside of her professional endeavors, Aisha enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching sports, and exploring outdoors.
